East Brunswick, NJ, November 25, 2024 — Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC is pleased to announce that Seth M. Weintraub, an attorney at the firm, will be presenting at the New Jersey State Bar Association's 2025 Family Law Symposium. The symposium, a full-day event, will take place on January 25, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick, New Jersey.
The Family Law Symposium is New Jersey’s premier family law event, offering an unparalleled opportunity to learn from many of the state’s leading lawyers and judges, and to network with top family law professionals. This year’s theme is the intersection of family law with other practice areas, addressing critical issues in tax law, estate planning, immigration, bankruptcy, the LGBTQ community, and real estate. Hundreds of family law attorneys, judges, paralegals, and other related professionals are expected to attend.
Mr. Weintraub, who represents clients in a wide range of matters including estate planning and litigation, real estate transactions, and personal injury, will be presenting on estate planning issues post-divorce. Kaitlyn A. Lapi of Hagan, Weisberg & Nunn, LLC, and Michael A. Saponara, of Stout Risius Ross, LLC, will be joining him in discussing this topic. The discussion will be moderated by Jenna N. Shapiro of Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein & Blader, P.C.
"We are proud to have Seth represent our firm at such a prestigious event," said Alexander. J. Kemeny, Managing Partner at Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC. "His expertise in estate planning and dedication to his clients make him an invaluable asset to our team and the legal community."
